Being selected as a member of this committee provides an important opportunity to have a voice in the conversations that shape our schools and the student educational experience.
We are seeking a diverse group of community members to participate in this committee.
The purpose of the committee is to hear from a variety of voices regarding different concerns, ideas, and suggestions for how to continue to propel the district forward in a positive direction.
The committee will include 1 parent/guardian representative from each school, along with 1 alternate (2 Rogus, 2 Indian Trail, 2 Hilda Walker, 2 Summit Hill) and 1 additional community member/tax payer without students currently in the district.
Members of the committee will be chosen through an online application process and reviewed by the Board Committee Liaisons.
The committee will meet at least once a trimester in the evening with tentative dates set for November 13th, February 12th, and May 4th. Interested candidates must be able to attend these meetings and commit to a minimum of one school year term.
The link below will take you to a short application to be filled out by any person wishing to be considered for the Community Outreach Committee.
